INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In view of the wording of Art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter "GDPR") we inform you that we process your personal data. Co-administrators of personal data
The following organizations, which are part of the AP7 Group entities, are co-administrators of your personal data:
- AP7 sp. z o.o. based in Kraków (adres: ul. Staromostowa 4/1, 30-506 Kraków);
- AP7 Finanse sp. z o.o. based in Kraków (adres: ul. Blich 3/4, 31-502 Kraków);
- AP7 Invest Sp. z o.o. based in Gaj ( adres: ul. Słoneczna 15, 32-031 Mogilany);
hereinafter referred to as "Co-administrators".
Mutual Arrangements between Co-administrators
As part of the co-administration agreement concluded between the Co-administrators, the scope of responsibilities regarding the fulfillment of obligations under the GDPR has been agreed. AP7 sp.z o.o. with headquarters in Krakow and AP7 Finanse sp.z o.o. based in Krakow are responsible for the fulfillment of the information obligation towards you. AP7 sp.z o.o. based in Krakow is responsible for enabling you to exercise your rights. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you have the right to exercise your rights towards the Co-administrators. In this case, your request will be forwarded to AP7 sp.z o.o. based in Krakow, which entity is responsible for the implementation of the request.

The co-administration agreement specifies a common contact point through which you can contact in matters of personal data protection via e-mail at the following address: rodo@ap7.pl or in writing to the address of AP7 sp.z o.o. with headquarters in Krakow: ul. Staromostowa 4/1, 30-506 Krakow.
Objectives and grounds for processing personal data
Your personal data obtained for the purpose of concluding and implementing real estate brokerage agreements, including in particular real estate sale brokerage agreements, real estate rental brokerage agreements, real estate management agreements, as well as for the purpose of providing advisory services in the field of financial brokerage, economic and expert appraisal, as well as in the field of financial services by AP7 Group entities (hereinafter "real estate brokerage services"), are processed on the basis of your interest in the offer of AP7 Group entities, as well as on the basis of your contract with entities AP7 Group (i.e. pursuant to Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR).
Your personal data is also processed for analytical purposes, i.e. in the selection of services for the needs of clients of the AP7 Group entities, optimization of services, optimization of customer service processes based on the course of sales and after-sales service processes, which is the legitimate interest of the AP7 Group entities ( i.e. pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
Your personal data is also processed for archival purposes to secure information in the event of a legal need to prove facts, which is the legitimate interest of the entities of the AP7 Group (i.e. pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
In addition to the above, your personal data is processed for the purpose of possible determination, investigation or defense against claims, which is also the legitimate interest of the AP7 Group entities (i.e. pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
We would also like to inform you that your personal data may be processed for marketing and advertising purposes on the basis of previously expressed consents, which remain valid without the need to renew them (i.e. pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR).
Data recipients
Your personal data may be made available to entities of the AP7 Group, as well as Members of the AP7 Partner Network, Intermediaries of the AP7 Partner Network, as well as other entities related to the AP7 Group on the basis of appropriate and lawful cooperation agreements, and also a group of AP7 Group Trusted Partners on the basis of appropriate and compliant with applicable law contracts for entrusting the processing of personal data. Please be advised that all entities processing your personal data on the basis of contracts for entrusting the processing of personal data are obliged to strictly comply with the Policy of Personal Data Protection of the AP7 Group, the content of which you can read at any time at the Contact Point.
Your personal data will never be shared with entities other than those authorized under the law.
Data transfer to third countries or international organizations
We would like to inform you that as Co-administrators we do not transfer your personal data outside of Poland, the European Union and the European Economic Area. Please be advised that the personal data contained in electronic correspondence have been secured in accordance with the standard resulting from the GDPR, and the provider of electronic communication services for entities of the AP7 Group is an entity based in the European Union. At the same time, we would like to inform you about the existing risk related to maintaining confidentiality using electronic means of communication, as well as electronic communication services provided by entities based outside Poland, the European Union and the European Economic Area.
Data storage period
We store your personal data obtained in order to provide real estate brokerage services for the period of contract negotiation and for a period of 10 years from the end of the calendar year in which you last contacted AP7 Group entities. Your personal data obtained in connection with the conclusion of a real estate sale brokerage agreement or real estate rental brokerage agreement or other civil law contracts related to real estate trading are processed until the end of the limitation period for potential claims under this agreement.
We store your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing of the services of the entities of the AP7 Group until you object to their processing for this purpose, you withdraw your consent, if this data was processed on the basis of marketing consent, or until the Co-administrators agree that the data has become obsolete.
Your rights
Please be advised that you are entitled to:
- right to access personal data and receive a copy thereof;
- the right to rectify (correct) personal data;
- right to delete personal data;
- limitation of the processing of personal data, if, in your opinion, your personal data is incorrect or is processed without a legal basis, or for the duration of the establishment, investigation or defense of claims, or for the duration of your objection to the processing of personal data;
- right to object to data processing;
- the right to transfer personal data;
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
- the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.

Information on the voluntary provision of personal data
Please be advised that the provision of your personal data by you is a condition for the effective performance and provision of real estate brokerage services by AP7 Group entities.
